Call toll free, 1-866-MRI-EXAM to reach Tomography, Ultrasound & MRI Referral Service which will contact the most appropriate facility location for your patient.

After a convenient time and location has been arranged with the patient, Tomography, Ultrasound & MRI Referral Service will provide the scheduling information to physicians, or other referral source as appropriate. Patients are typically scheduled within 5 working days of the referral.

Tomography, Ultrasound & MRI Referral Service enables the physician (with a working medical release form on file) to receive a comprehensive medical report within 15 working days of the test. Should your patient not receive their diagnostic test as scheduled, you will receive a "no show report".
